Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Training and Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, candidate will enhance the competencies of individual staff by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values. You will be responsible for performing orientation, assessing and delivering upon training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials, and for managing all phases of training interventions. In this role, support and training will be provided daily and on an ongoing basis for staff as needed.
Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
• Train staff in use of medical records software,
• Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
• Translate requirements into trainings that will groom staff
• Deliver training courses
• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
• Build annual training program on compliance and handbook
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses

Qualifications

• Familiarity with talent management and succession planning
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize projects
• Proven ability to master the full training cycle
• Strong communication and training skills
• Experience in training, customer service, technical support, teaching, physical therapy, occupational therapy a plus
• Previous experience in a related position
• Patience and persistence with all learning types
• Sound decision making and organizational skills
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
