Onboarding Specialist - Contract

We are seeking a Temporary Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with high-volume onboarding and is familiar with the UKG onboarding platform. The role will be primarily in office, with working hours being Monday-Thursday with Fridays remote.

Responsibilities of the Onboarding Coordinator:

- Coordinate the onboarding process for all new employees in a high-volume environment

- Ensure all required paperwork and approvals are completed with accuracy and efficiency

- Serve as the main point of contact for new hires with any questions or concerns about the onboarding process

- Liaise with hiring managers to ensure timely onboarding of new employees

- Collaborate with HR to improve the onboarding process

- Familiar with Asurint and Hire Right for background and drug testing

Requirements:

- Proven experience with high-volume onboarding

- Experience using UKG a PLUS or similar HR onboarding platform

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

- Familiarity with I-9 and W-4 forms

- Experience with Asurint and Hire Right for background and drug testing is a plus

- Must be a quick learner and able to start ASAP
