In this unique role you’ll be responsible for leading the onboarding and engagements product owners to develop and implement customer onboarding strategies and processes for Western Union Digital Banking Ecosystem organization.
Role Responsibilities
  • You are obsessed with customer experience and are passionate about excellence and continuous improvement. You demonstrate experience with mobile and web tools, in addition to working under lean and agile principles. You are an expert on digital banking propositions, market trends and the competition landscape.
  • You will lead the development of product roadmaps and prioritize features to ensure the product delivers value to customers. You will work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • You will develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for our core banking system in the U.S. by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather customer and market insights and define product requirements.
  • You will manage the product lifecycle, including product launches and end-of-life decisions and you will monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to drive growth.
Role Requirements
  • You have a proven track record of leading the development and implementation of successful product strategies with excellent cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with teams in different locations.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and you use your excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non- technical stakeholders.
  • A Computer’s degree and/or relevant experience of minimum 8 years of experience professional experience in product management with a focus on core banking products in fintech.
  • Organizational and project management skills with ability to break large tasks into smaller tasks that can be monitored and tracked.
  • Team player with ability to prioritize workload in line with tight deadlines and under pressure.

Salary
The total compensation target annual range is $126,000- $211,200 which includes bonus and stock potential. The annual gross base salary range is $105,000-$176,000. Incentives align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
