You possess an expert understanding of all forms of communication that you use to develop and execute communication strategies. You continuously improve communications processes through in-depth evaluations and recommendations. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
  • Partner with other experts to create reports and dashboards to track trending of data integrity events.
  • Manage communications on issue resolution, lessons learned, new releases and organizational announcements.
  • Collect and organize facts of highly complex issues and produce executive summaries, post-mortems and detailed documents.
  • Create and maintain a repository of standard communication templates.
  • Develop and execute an effective communications strategy for clients and stakeholders.
What You Bring To Spectrum Enterprise
Required qualifications:
  • Skills: Organizational, project management, process improvement and interpersonal English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Ability to own and support content development, design, review and approval for communications initiatives using BI tools.
  • Technical skills: Skilled in analyzing and interpreting data related to complex concepts and summarizing them; Experience developing communication strategies and tracking metrics; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience: Five or more years of experience in communications, public relations or public affairs.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Ability to use JIRA
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Working knowledge of video production equipment
  • Experience in telecommunications or IT-oriented communications
  • Experience using JIRA
  • Experience with Premier Pro and Canva
  • Knowledge of cable television products and services
