Recruitment Specialist Recruitment Specialist Key Responsibilities include: Advertising and updating job postings through various methods and innovative avenues as required for home office position and long-term care opportunities. Cold calling potential clinicians for work. Overseeing and assisting the Staffing Department in essential duties as needed. Oversee the scheduling and coordinating of long-term care community clinician interviews, new clinician training sessions, and ensuring all onboarding paperwork is completed and accurately. Performing internal workload satisfaction calls to clinicians in order to update staffing lists and generate internal marketing lists for the Internal Marketing team. Executing inside sales strategies effectively with a combination of client engagement and development activities including customer service, problem resolution and customer retention calls. Maintaining accurate engagement records of prospective sales pipelines with the ability to provide a weekly report of activities and results to the Executive team. Updating various reports/spreadsheets for the Executive team. Effectively coordinating the execution of Cotler Provider Agreement with accuracy. Updating necessary contracts and paperwork as needed on an ongoing basis. Other duties as assigned.
