Responsibilities and Duties:
· Conduct in-take conversations with hiring managers and support the job description creation process.
· Enter job requisitions into the ADP applicant tracking tool.
· Screen and interview candidates for assigned open requisitions.
· Coordinate and set up interviews with viable candidates.
· Assist in job the offer process inclusive of extending the job offers as needed.
· Provide regular updates, time to fill and recruiting trends to leaders as requested.
· Conduct recruiting and interviewing skills training to managers.
· Conduct and support in new hire employee orientations as needed.
· Source, screen, interview and select company talent – utilizing the Internet and networking.
· Perform thorough reference and background checks.
· Develop and lead the new hire and on-boarding processes.
· Execute mass hires for new store openings and temporary Halloween stores’ staffing.
· Participate and improve company succession planning and performance management.
· Collaborate with HRBP Strategist and HRLT to develop enterprise strategy and specialized programs in key areas such as:
· Drive best practices and processes, analytics/metrics, and innovation across their various subject matter expertise disciplines.
· Design and develop customized tools, methodologies, and frameworks for implementation; train HRBPs and ensure effective implementation.
· Provide subject matter expertise thought leadership and best practice consulting advice to HRBP community.
· Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
· 5+ years related recruitment experience- retail and agency recruitment experience preferred
· Extensive knowledge of sourcing talent and management recruitment techniques
· Knowledge of the Federal Selection Guidelines and The Americans with Disabilities Act
· Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Resume Management Systems (applicant tracking)
· Strong assessment and interviewing skills
· Strong navigation skills with Internet recruitment
· Strong negotiation skills and ability to sell PCHI
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to provide cost effective hiring solutions
· Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and with all levels of the organization.
· Ability to multi-task
· Experience using Social & Digital media
· Recruiting or SHRM certification a plus.
· Ability to travel 10% of the time as needed.

Expected Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000
The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. PCHI reserves the right to pay more or less than the stated range based on a variety of factors such as experience, geography, etc.
