Responsibilities
· Provide L3 Support for Labware LIMS v8, SDMS, Compliance Builder and Empower applications.
· Configure and develop Labware LIMS subroutines/non-routines programs per business needs.
· Develop custom reports and dashboards.
· Provides technical support on application and interface issues.
· Manage application administration such as user management, permissions, etc.
· Monitoring application logs and periodic health checks on the application and database servers.
· Monitor the Citrix server on the print queue and ensure the printing of labels.
· Manage/Installation of Labware LIMS, Empower, SDMS, Compliance Builder.
· Maintain software updates, ensure compatibility, and communicate feature changes, outages, and updates to end users.
· Serve as a subject matter expert on optimizing applications to improve the current process.
· Responsible for project implementation and integration of global LIMS, ELN, SDMS, CDS, and other applications across Quality Laboratory Operations.
· Support leader for problem and change management, at a technical level, for all the assigned portfolio laboratory systems.
· Coordinate with adjacent IT and business organizations to support project implementation.
· Supporting with tasks related to setting up the new labs.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree and five or more years of experience, including two years of supervisory experience or equivalent experience.
· Ability to understand the business needs and commitment to deliver the best user experience and adoption.
· Ability to apply technical solutions to business processes.
· Able to collaborate across multiple teams.
· Ability to understand the business needs and commitment to deliver the best user experience and adoption.
· Excellent communication skills
· Education: BA/BS required, BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Chemistry/Sciences
· 5+ years of implementing quality laboratory systems (LIMS, ELN, CDS, SDMS) in a global, multi-site environment.
· Vendor applicable certifications/documented training in LabWare, LabVantage, Empower, and Agilent Technologies
· Fluent English Language required – speaking and writing.
