Candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, servicing, repairing, and maintaining information technology systems. Will support the development of software life cycle planning and implementation practices. Will determine the deliverables and scope for the project by collecting, identifying, and organizing detailed user and information technology requirements.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a related area. 3+ years of experience with preparation and maintaining system documentation and/or security artifacts. Experience implementing business continuity controls is a plus. Candidate should be comfortable in using data metrics to measure key project requirements and monitor performance/progress. Airline or travel industry experience is a plus. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. U.S. citizen or permanent resident and able to obtain a facility clearance is required.
