Two years experience working to support individuals from diverse backgrounds, preferably in higher education.

Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

This position operates with significant autonomy under the general supervision of the Director of Admissions.

Knowledge of project management and process improvement.

Five years of clinical experience.

Provide end to end recruitment lifecycle management for current and future openings at current and new, future schools

1+ years of experience in an educational environment

Establish relationships with worldwide sources for education professionals including top tier universities, education associations and international school communities

Conduct phone, virtual and in-person interviews and evaluate candidate skill level and company fit

Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, positive attitude and high level of initiative

Applied knowledge of recruiting &/or admissions for higher education, including international recruiting.

Evidence of excellent written and oral communication skills.

Outstanding interpersonal skills, fr endly and approachable personality, with cheerful disposition.

Develops and implements recruitment programming for students, parents, and counselors. Works with campus departments to coordinate recruitment programs.

Represents the University at specified schools, college and community fairs, public presentations, and/or seminars outside of the normal recruitment territory.

Contributes to overall recruitment efforts for the University, particularly in areas outside of direct responsibility.

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to evaluate staffing needs, assist with defining position’s scope, responsibilities, and requirements.

Partners and collaborates with business development, technical experts, and program management teams to develop strategic recruitment campaigns.

Demonstrated ability to create successful business partnerships with senior management.

Collaborates with Pricing Team and People & Culture on formulation of offers, including salary and the schedule of allowances.

Conducts reference checks; negotiates salary and consultant rates; benefits and allowances within proposal budget and donor regulations.

Work with hiring managers and interview teams on interview preparation.

Knowledgeable about college admissions and recruitment practices in higher education.

Experience within a higher education setting.

Experience working in an educational environment as an advisor, counselor, teacher, social worker, or administrator.

Actively manages assigned territories and assists in data analysis to measure effectiveness.

Responsibilities may include coordinating student workers, managing or assisting with student ambassador programs, working with alumni and faculty.

2 or more years of prior experience handling and providing an array of customer service duties is required.

Develop skills matrices in accordance with solicitation requirements.

Train and support Recruiters and Project Managers on recruitment best practices.

Write bio blurbs, qualifications’ summaries, and CVs for proposal submission.

Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract candidates with rare skill sets.

Manage candidate activity in MSI’s applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain organized recruitment trackers and files in a shared folder system.

Experience in proposal recruitment strongly preferred.

Provides "case management" approach leading prospective students through the admission and enrollment process which includes a variety of communication strategies.

Related experience in admissions, international recruitment, or other higher education activities.

Knowledge of Middle Georgia State University admissions requirements,

Knowledge of academic programs, schools and departments and related degree requirements.

Plans, schedules, and manages recruitment events and activities locally and internationally.

Knowledge of student financial aid principles.
