Receptionist/Records Clerk - Administrative Assistant - Legal

Under general supervision performs a variety of clerical duties. Responsible for answering main phone lines, preparing legal documents, obtaining information from agencies, file preparation, management & organization, performs general office/clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying and other duties as assigned.

Hours vary in the records department. Typically, the SAO is open 8am-5pm but records clerk hours require that somedays staff come in 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, some Saturdays, and some holidays as well.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous law office or legal experience, customer service, phone, and data entry experience preferred but not necessary.
