Records Clerk Jobs

Records Clerk duties include, but are not limited to:

• Support office staff.
• Request and mail our records or new/existing students.
• Organize and implement beginning of the year registration.
• Guide new families through the registration process throughout the school year.
• Document and maintain residency information.
• Send Letters to families when residency updates are required.
• Organize and update cumulative records as needed.
• Enter address and other data into the information system.
• Maintain and update foster/guardianship and homeless status for affected students.
