As a Medical Records Clerk , you will be responsible for maintaining patient files, responding to requests for medical records and performs clerical activities in support of the medical records department.

How will you make an impact:

• Responds to requests for medical records; processes letters and report
• Maintains patient files and retrieves files for scheduled appointments.
• Protect the security and integrity of medical records to ensure that patient confidentiality is maintained in compliance with company policies and federal, state and local regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a HS Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

*** For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $15.61 to $25.55
