Who you are:


Enjoy delivering exceptional white-glove service. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact in the office at the NY headquarters, comfortable speaking over the phone to clients, and strong attention to detail.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Additional duties as requested.
  • Ensure the front office and conference rooms are neat and tidy
  • Certified mail and mailings just in general.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
  • Welcome all clients, visitors, and associates; escorting them to their destination as needed along with announcing clients' arrivals.
  • Scan client source documents in electronic document platform
  • Organize and distribute mail to appropriate parties; as well as preparing FedEx packages.


Requirements:

  • Attention to detail, self-starter, well-organized, and excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • US work authorization required
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
