Property Portfolio Manager Jobs

Our Company is seeking:

A Portfolio Property Manager for two condominium communities in Naples, FL.

**Must have valid/active Florida Community Association Manager's license**

Responsibilities:

• Maintain positive working relationship with residents, vendors, and contractors
• Perform monthly variance and executive summary reporting
• Prepare budgets, attend board meetings and direct all phases of building operations
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure accurate accountability of property's condition and provide recommendations.
• Interview and oversee training of new employees
• Perform property financial analysis with ability to reach and understand financial reporting
• Understand company's and client's business objectives to ensure optimal property performance
