Property Management Specialist Jobs

SeaStay Vacation Rentals, LLC is a growing vacation rental management company based in Gulf County, FL managing homes in Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, and Indian Pass. The company was established to create the best experience possible for property owners and guests, while adding value to the local community. We are looking for someone to be the face of SeaStay and is wiling to grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
-Become an expert in our rental management software
-Assist guests with reservations and in-stay issues or needs
-Monitor and respond to inbound leads and emails from guests and owners
-Conduct outbound marketing activities to potential guests and owners
-Monitor guest reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and communicate with operations teams for remediation
-Conduct inventory review of vacation rental units using an inventory checklist
-Conduct periodic inspections of vacation rental units using an inspection checklist
-Schedule and coordinate cleaning and maintenance of properties
-Property set up in rental management system
-Post marketing and information to social media
-Sourcing and delivering supplies and gifts to rentals
-Coordinate with property owners and operations teams to ensure timely completion of necessary repairs and maintenance of each property

Qualifications/Requirements:
-Must live within 30 miles of Port St. Joe, FL or willing to relocate to this area at your own cost
-Preferred but not required - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field
-Preferred but not required - At least 3 year of experience in property management, quality assurance, or a related field
-Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
-Preferred but not required - Knowledge of property management software and tools
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
-Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Experience with social media marketing and posts, preferred
-Able to lift up to 20 pound
-Willing to use personal vehicle to conduct inspections and source supplies
Compensation and Benefits:
-Salary is $35,000-$45,000 depending on experience
-Bonus is possible depending on the profitability of the company and the success of the candidate
