The Sr. Property Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the efficient day-to-day operation of the apartment communities.

Responsibilities:
This is what you’ll do:
  • Process POs and invoices
  • Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports
  • Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff
  • Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations
  • Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects
  • Adhere to minimum and maximum iincome limits
  • Prepare renewals for recertification
  • Manages highly skilled on-site teams in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation

Qualifications:
We’re looking for you if:
  • Excellent mathematical skills (high school level)
  • You have leadership and team-building skills
  • You strive for excellence
  • Interested in the above
Some things we can’t live without are:
  • Two years of apartment management experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Affordable Property experience
