Position Overview:

The Community Manager is responsible for the overall operations of their given site(s). The Community Manager is responsible for leasing administration, on-site training, staff scheduling, financial reporting, resident relations, marketing, and overall operations. The Manager will also oversee all departments including engineering management, community concierge, and administrative staff as well as handle all special projects assigned to them by the Regional Manager.

What You Will Do:

  • Complete all necessary financial reporting
  • Oversee all community staff
  • Negotiate contract obligations and terms
  • Complete all property reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Oversee and submit payroll for the property
  • Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule
  • Must be available to assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hours
  • Complete special projects as assigned by Regional Manager
  • Enhance community development
  • Oversee Vendor, Resident, and University Relations
  • Ensure property is maintained with required standards
  • Complete other HR/People Operations related tasks as assigned
  • Ensure all leasing and marketing efforts are being complete and are effective
  • Responsible for ensuring product presentation always meet brand and company standards
  • Responsible for hiring, training, terminating, and rewarding all team members
  • Must be available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary

  • Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Proficient in Office Products and Windows and Apple operating systems
  • High School graduate; college degree preferred but not required
  • 4 years of experience in property management or related fields.
  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills
