Senior Property Accountant Jobs

Overview:

Rosner Resources is working with a successful commercial real estate/development firm that is seeking a Senior Property Accountant. Duties will include preparation of financial statements, cash flow projections, preparation & review of rent rolls, sales tax schedules, and CAM reconciliation. Other duties will include detailed analysis, development of budgets, and reporting to senior management. This is a full-time opportunity offering benefits.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

-Minimum 5+ years prior accounting experience in real estate/property management

-Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables & VLookup

-Prior experience with a dedicated property management accounting system

-Strong GAAP Knowledge

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

-Ability to work independently, within a fast-paced flow of work

-Track record of maintaining high levels of accuracy

Education Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting of Finance

-CPA is a plus
