Job Description
Job Title: Property Management Director
Job Summary:
Our property management company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to serve as our Director. The Director will be responsible for setting up and running the entire company, including developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing staff, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the company
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Manage the company's finances, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Maintain relationships with current clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee property maintenance and repair activities
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion of the company
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in property management or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
