The Scrum Project Manager will be Managing Agile projects across the BlockSpaces organization. running scrum meetings (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives etc), clarifying requirements and writing stories. This position will be working closely with product and infrastructure teams to deliver projects to market. Technical environment includes: Blockchains and Cloud infrastructure

Location: 100% Remote, but must be US based and preference given to Florida residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
  • Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
  • Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
  • Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
  • Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
  • The Scrum Project Manager support the team’s efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other teams, members of Blockspaces and outside sources.
  • Contributor of new ideas and technologies.
  • Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
  • Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.


Qualifications:
  • Confident, passionate, and interested in blockchain /cryptocurrency
  • Need to understand business requirements, where value comes from, ability to translate requirements into stories
  • Solid understanding of troubleshooting on your own
  • Must have Development experience or ability to write code
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Must be able to understand technology, development cycles, preferably having development experience
  • Work experience in SaaS environment or start-up preferred
  • Detail oriented, servant leader, value oriented, good at organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Certified scrum master
  • Awareness of cloud computing details/industry trends; tech and adoption
  • Pro-active Individually and thrives on building team dynamics
