This remote role offers the flexibility of working from multiple locations including New York, Baltimore, Boston, Houston, Los Angeles, and San Diego.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

• Assist in coordinating schedules across teams to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare progress reports and planning documentation as necessary.
• Monitor the team's progress on ongoing projects and provide necessary support.
• Attend all client and staff meetings related to the project to ensure effective communication and progress.
• Coordinate deadlines on all project deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate client support efforts to meet client expectations and project goals.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Prior experience in project coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
• A clear understanding of localization protocols.
• A strong sense of product direction and experience with A/B tests.
