At Wiley we are looking for someone who will play a vital role in helping the business and technology teams collaborate and deliver for the high priority E2E program that is set to change the way we work in Research.


The E2E program, within Research (a division of John Wiley & Sons), is responsible for delivering operational benefits that will directly impact business growth in the Research space. The success of this program will be a triumph for Research and is tied into the future of Wiley.


How you will make an impact:


  • Coordinate sessions checking delivery progress, making sure that deadlines are understood, teams are tracking towards them and meeting target dates.
  • Work with other Program and Project Managers/Coordinators for cross-workstream and cross-program dependency management and sharing of best practices.
  • Support the E2E Sr. Program Manager in planning and coordinating communications across multiple workstreams. You will need to participate in daily virtual meetings, frequent workshops, and might need to attend in-person events occasionally.
  • Manage a calendar of events for the E2E workstream to help them plan, discuss requirements, dependencies, risks, and concerns.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders across workstreams and programs and work with teams globally and across many time zones. It is important that you are able to adjust your work timings to match with teams in earlier/later time zones.


What we look for:


  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and high priorities on delivery.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Aha (preferred, but not required)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well collaborative with a wide variety of people.
  • Expert at writing status reports, noting progress in weekly team meetings.
  • Knowledge of event and project management platforms advantageous.
  • Proficient in technology, and willing to gain expertise in new tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills including coordinating multiple priorities and cross-team dependencies.
  • 2 or 4-year degree or relevant experience.
