The Project Assistant provides administrative support for design projects from development phase through delivery and installation phase.

REQUIRED:

• Proficient in Microsoft programs
• Positive attitude with eagerness to grow both professionally and personally
• Self-starter; resourceful; multi-tasking extraordinaire
• Effective communicator with the highest level of professionalism
• Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience in a professional environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Team player who enjoys collaborating in a creative environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team
• Pro-active problem solver with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and prioritizing
• Polished professional with excellent customer service experience

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of SF Design Center showrooms, local vendors and Studio Designer software a plus
• Background in high-end interior deisgn or related discipline
