Ecommerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for an experienced individual to own creator and content strategies and drive cross-functional collaboration across different regions.
What You'll Do

• Create a strategy for creator stratification based on category, creator level and growth cycle; set regulations concerning rewards and punishment
• Provide feedback for product improvements for the creator's policy journey; collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive solutions
• Collect and analyze feedback from the business side, collaborate to optimize product development and refine operations
• Partner with cross functional teams to build mechanisms that will help creators understand their platform health
• Maintain creator onboarding criteria and align on a balance that will support eComm growth while ensuring minimal creator abuse

Who We're Looking For

• Excellent stakeholder management skills to be able to work cross-functionally in ambiguous and fast-paced environment
• Good at communication, great at solving complicated issues, objective-driven and self-motivated, the ability to work and perform under stress
• 4 years of demonstrated program management experience
• Bachelor degree or above
• A sense and ability of data analysis; proficiency in tools like SQL, EXCEL etc is a plus.
• Having at least two years of experience in a social media or content creation company

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108088 - $196544 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
