Organizational Governance Manager Jobs

4 years of demonstrated program management experience

Excellent stakeholder management skills to be able to work cross-functionally in ambiguous and fast-paced environment

Having at least two years of experience in a social media or content creation company

Provide feedback for product improvements for the creator's policy journey; collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive solutions

Maintain creator onboarding criteria and align on a balance that will support eComm growth while ensuring minimal creator abuse

Create a strategy for creator stratification based on category, creator level and growth cycle; set regulations concerning rewards and punishment

Develop and deliver on-account risk management and compliance training to mitigate risks

Improve and develop central system for housing and organizing account audit results and service line risks scores

Interface with key client stakeholders on compliance, risk, audit and incident topics, including development of presentation materials for those communications

Develop and implement account risk reports and assist platforms in mitigating risks falling outside of threshold tolerances

Support the ESG senior management in evolving the ESG strategy, planning and communications as appropriate.

Manage ESG programs and initiatives including those related to climate action, community impact and human rights.

Oversee the progress of company-wide ESG goals, targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance strategic projects and innovation in relation to climate-related and social impact goals.

Drive topic-specific impact assessments with internal and external partners.

Act as subject matter expert on climate issues and standards including those related to greenhouse gas emissions.

Provide governance and oversight of key focus areas including hiring, diversity, scorecard management, and senior management reporting

Provide ongoing analysis and reporting to senior management

6-10 years of experience in a business support, project coordination or HR organizational design role

Communications or marketing experience preferred

Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Drive implementation of business-driven projects across functions, working closely with relevant senior leadership
