Create a strategy for creator stratification based on category, creator level and growth cycle; set regulations concerning rewards and punishment

At least 2 years of people management experience managing a size of 5 or more

Experience acting as a program manager and collaborating with XFN teams to drive end results

Manage and update category risk assessment of local markets.

Triage risk and benefits of opening of high-risk categories and designing compliance programs to ensure safety and monitor risks.

5+ years of professional experience in consumer product safety, compliance or regulatory research fields

Great research and investigation skills, able to discover the unknown

Develop and deliver on-account risk management and compliance training to mitigate risks

Improve and develop central system for housing and organizing account audit results and service line risks scores

Interface with key client stakeholders on compliance, risk, audit and incident topics, including development of presentation materials for those communications

Develop and implement account risk reports and assist platforms in mitigating risks falling outside of threshold tolerances

Support the ESG senior management in evolving the ESG strategy, planning and communications as appropriate.

Manage ESG programs and initiatives including those related to climate action, community impact and human rights.

Oversee the progress of company-wide ESG goals, targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance strategic projects and innovation in relation to climate-related and social impact goals.

Drive topic-specific impact assessments with internal and external partners.

Act as subject matter expert on climate issues and standards including those related to greenhouse gas emissions.

Provide governance and oversight of key focus areas including hiring, diversity, scorecard management, and senior management reporting

Provide ongoing analysis and reporting to senior management

6-10 years of experience in a business support, project coordination or HR organizational design role

Communications or marketing experience preferred

Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Critically reviews the Investable Structure Reports for risks, watchpoints, tradeoffs, and objective and key result status.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Audit, Risk Management

6+ years of progressive IT, auditing, investigations, strategic risk management, and/or business/management consulting with exposure to Fortune 500.

Manage/monitor/support development, implementation and maintenance of the security risk and associated documentation/data in the GRC platform (OneTrust)

Experience working within an IT Security practice, preferably having leveraged GRC tools, such as OneTrust.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of work experience (previous ESG experience preferred)

Public Accounting experience or experience managing sophisticated processes and controls

Assess needs and ensure ESG regulatory compliance, data and disclosure integrity and readiness for assurance of reporting

Key skill: Agile Service Management / ASM

Extensive experience in IT governance, including Agile Service Management, ITIL4 or Cobit5.

Target pay rate range: $65-85/hour depending on experience level

Must have the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams alike to further oversight responsibilities of Security.

Experience in security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, etc.

Ability to execute security compliance assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements (ISO, NIST, CIS, etc.)

Self-starter with strong project management experience driving complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

Must be able to manage multiple deliverables, meet strict deadlines and work well with different areas of the organization.

Problem solver and agile decision-maker with solid analytical skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills allowing for clear and appropriate messaging for multiple levels/audiences.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

Plan, monitor and drive project progress against timelines, milestones and deliverables.
