We are hiring an Program & Grant Manager to assist with portfolio management of prospective and current grants focused on oncology education. This is an awesome opportuinty to utilize your project management skills!
What You Will Be Doing
Project Management
Track and communicate deliverables including proposed attendance, due dates and other key metrics, alert staff if metrics are not being met.
Interface with live events/faculty departs to update grantor interim status updates, alert senior management of significant delays.
Track proposed start dates for grants under review and alert to approaching dates that may require delay and change of scope submissions.
Preparation of ad-hoc reports outlining status of programs, pending deliverables, and other items that need to be tracked to ensure program success.
Craft email announcements for executives and company outlining new projects and deliverables based on final grants.
Review Letters of Agreement (LOA) with financial supporters and clients.
Review LOAs and identify language changes and other areas of concern.
Review LOAs ensure compliance with educational requirements & identify any request from funders that may require changes.
LOA tracking for any outstanding signatures and correspond with clients to ensure timeline delivery.
Reconcile LOA Summary To Other Internal Reports.
Filing of appropriate records in internal database.
Change financial information from LOAs for application submission to various conferences.
Client Reporting and Other Duties
Assist in interim outcomes assembly and submission of data to clients on funded programs.
Work effectively with financial info & data analytics in a variety of reports presented in Excel, PowerPoint.
Review any documents to be published (print and web) as part of the educational activity
What You Need for this Position
College Degree a plus
5 years experience in relevant industry or area with transferable skills
Project management background Required
Editorial and/or education experience a plus
No direct experience with data analytics HOWEVER, if comfort and interest working with financial information, numbers, other types of data and Excel.
Experience With Grants a Plus But Not Required.
