Fully Remote Program Manager

A highly reputable enterprise software organization is seeking a fully remote Program Manager to own a portfolio of IT and ERP projects supporting Finance, HR, and Legal.

Responsibilities:

• Provide project risk analysis and mitigation planning
• Plan, organize, lead and monitor the activities of the project team
• Lead strategic IT programs and complex technology projects
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
• Create collaborative partnerships and perform stakeholder management with customers, vendors and other teams to achieve project objectives
• Maintain overall control of the schedule, budget and scope
• Ensure IT programs/projects deliver on commitments
• Track the status of deliverables and any decisions made regarding Project Change Requests and outstanding issues weekly

Requirements:

• Global exp preferred
• Treasury management platforms preferred
• ERP exp ideally with Oracle
• PMP strongly preferred
• Program Management exp - must have exp managing a portfolio of projects
• Project tracking tools - ServiceNow PPM and SmartSheet preferred
• Exp working with Finance projects - financial systems, financial modules, project supporting finance department
