Finance Director ($130,000 - $150,000 Salary Plus Bonus)

Korn Ferry has partnered with our client in the nutrition services industry in their search for a Finance Director. This position will oversee all financial aspects of the business and drive the account’s financial strategy and planning and assist with all the accounting and control functions. Scope of Responsibilities:

• Assists in compiling and analyzing budgets and offering suggestions to management
• Prepares business plans, forecasts, and monthly flashes to submit to the corporate office
• Creates and facilitates the execution of action plans to achieve specific results when necessary
• Identifies cost savings and other profit-enhancing strategies for the operating units

Skills Needed:

• Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to work within a team, inclusive of other’s ideas
• GAAP Knowledge
• Advanced MS Excel, SAP, PowerPoint and Access skills
• Strong technical and analytical skills, wonderful communicator

Educational & Work Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
• Work Experience: 5+ years of related experience, including reporting and analysis
