Job Summary
This dynamic, self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, will support the corporate-wide internal grab and go strategy for continuous momentum of implementation, growth & development to maximize category opportunity.

• Support growth of internal grab and go network
• Track, share & communicate success of program and adoption.
• Maximize growth, deployment and adoption of outsourced grab and go across sectors in each of the established markets with the identified vendor partners.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and evolve metrics of success and KPIs of program
• Sector champions
• Key Compass support teams engaged
• Ensuring collateral is updated & available to all sectors via internal website.
• Liaison between Sectors and Vendor Partners.
• Promotions
• Analyze financial data to identify spend trends and support with action plans to address decrease in spend.
• Build, establish and maintain relationships with Compass Sector Key stakeholders- all levels including
• Own the program from an operational perspective and lead key internal sales efforts:
• Support and oversee all strategic activities with each vendor partner per region
• Brand look and feel + network consistency
• Retail & Culinary leads
• Support cadence of New Product launches.
• Envision Group
• New product launches
• Foodbuy
• Support development of standardized program with cohesive go forward strategy
• Assist with the execution of the brand integrity.
• Tracking of trends to identify and mitigate areas of potential loss.
• QA
• Vendor Partners

Qualifications:

• Highly collaborative style; experience developing and implementing strategies in a team environment; sincere commitment to work collaboratively with all stakeholders and constituent groups, including staff, execs, SMEs
• Travel up to 25% of time
• Strong verbal, writing and presentation skills
• Four-year college degree required
• Capable of working both independently as well as part of a cross functional team; Self-starter with outstanding organizational and planning skills
• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Minimum 5 years work experience in food services, program development or operations
• A strategic thinker, detail oriented, organized and project management skills
• Ability to balance business priorities with best practices and implementation methodologies; comfortable preparing and presenting financial metrics
• A strong track record as an implementer and influencer who thrives on managing a variety of key initiatives concurrently; must be agile, flexible and deadline oriented with the ability to work under pressure
