The Remote Operations Program Manager will create new, and manage existing initiatives, as well as monitor and drive the success of company-wide employee facing programs through performance measurement. This role will also assist to design metrics, collect feedback, review and analyze data, prepare reporting, and create content that continuously fosters engagement. Additionally will ensure applications, technology and applicable processes are in place for program execution and collection of metrics for ongoing insights reporting.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with leaders and key stakholders to ensure company-wide surveys, regularly occurring internal program cycles, internal events, and other projects are prioritized and executed.
  • Measure and develop reports on the effectiveness of individual and group training programs by monitoring completion rates, soliciting feedback, and analyzing trends.
  • Support and develop initiatives that promote healthy cross-department internal communication and collaboration.
  • Use existing systems to ensure process, policies and announcements are harmonized and consistent across multiple pathways
  • Identify multiple paths to evaluate and measure employee engagement, and develop and monitor programs that increase engagement
  • Work with numerous stakeholders to build custom onboarding and assimilation programs for new hires.
  • Other strategic business initiatives or special cross-functional project involvement as required.
  • Support the development of diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives and be a leader and advocate for employee interest groups
  • Ensure DEI principals and Skillable values are woven into every aspect of the learning and development curriculum.
  • Continuously promote scalable process improvement ideas and suggestions to optimize resources, driving program and technology utilization and change adoption to streamline internal operations.
  • In collaboration with the team, plan and execute annual company off site events
  • Support and promote the company values through positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Manage the creation, development and implementation of an organization-wide mentorship program to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and development initiatives.
  • Maintain a system for tracking employee training.
  • Support content creation and coordination for recurring bi-monthly All Hands calls
  • Conduct check-ins for newer team members to provide insights into optimizing and evolving the processes and programs that help assimilate new team members into Skillable.
  • Facilitate the organization of bi-weekly onboarding programs, creating an engaging, consistent, and educational experience for all new team members across any department.
  • Manage and execute change champion programs and communication campaigns for successful adoption of Company initiatives
  • Collaborate with members of the Remote Operations and Culture team on engagement projects and programs as outlined in the strategic plan.


Requirements


  • Ability to translate data and insights into visualizations for high level leadership presentations.
  • Proven experience and ability to organize and execute change management processes.
  • Strong M365 (Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills, with creative presentation skills; knowledge of Viva Suite a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related area.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Naturally inquisitive with a desire to solve problems and dig into detailed analysis.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and promoting collaborative partnerships to drive results.
  • Ability to present and convey material both formally and informally to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a collaborative team environment to various audiences and levels including leadership through a variety of mediums.
  • The necessary professional experience, training, skills and education for the role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines with strong stress management and multitasking.
  • Excellent judgement, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and creative decision making a must.
  • 4+ years functional experience in program management, with a progressive increase of responsibility in developing programs and initiatives.

Working Conditions


The job conditions for this position are in a remote home office setting, requiring a space that supports privacy and focus to attend to regular and frequent video and voice calls. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Travel is anticipated up to 10% of the time for critical business meetings and industry events.
