Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Excellent computer aptitude including demonstrated working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Provide planning support to Event lead, managing workflow of oversight of event with internal stakeholders and participating in Club calls with core team to provide communication, updates, and address event execution inquiries collaboratively.
  • Experience with Social Media integration
  • Exhibited professional demeanor, organized and detail oriented.
  • Depending on temps hired in other verticals serve as a liaison to manage all workflow and collaboration, creating a streamlined communication and execution plan
  • Coordinator support of MLB All-Star Play Ball Park Event lead in the areas of event management; producing slides, managing sharing resources with various stakeholders. Assist in coordinating site visit schedules, best practices meeting schedules, drafting agendas, assisting with preparation of budgets to share and review with department head.

  • Possesses strong analytical skills, demonstrated initiative and the ability to exercise sound decision-making skills
  • Works well with all levels of staff and various departments
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to follow through with various event categories
  • Coordinating the Team Catch up weekly agendas, maintaining minutes and recognizing and communicating action items
