• Working with vendors to ensure that all event needs are met
• Overseeing event staff and volunteers
• Ensuring that all event-related activities are completed on time and within budget
• Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the event
• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and other stakeholders
• Providing administrative support to the Event Operations Manager
