Product Manager, Senior Associate

Position Overview

As a Product Manager (Senior Associate) within the Digital Financial Tools team, you will be responsible for building personal financial management products that enable our customers to better understand how their wealth is doing and manage their finances more effectively.

In this role, you will partner across the lines of businesses to execute on an ever-evolving roadmap to drive business objectives forward as well as keep JPMorgan Chase on the leading edge of the rapidly changing technology landscape. You will also work closely with cross functional teams of design, engineering, data science, and business partners to deliver robust feature sets to market.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business, design, and technology teams in developing intuitive customer journeys that influence the design of innovative products for our customers
• Actively manage stakeholder communications and expectations to ensure business needs are established, through effective written and oral communication styles
• Work with product owners and other stakeholders to translate initiatives into workflows, business requirements, user stories, and other materials to support design, development, and infrastructure needs
• Conduct pre-release reviews which could include regression testing and quality assurance to certify the product release as production ready
• Collaborate with design, engineering, research, and marketing partners to support and develop new product initiatives
• Work closely with data science and analytics partners to develop and track actionable reporting dashboards, which can be leveraged to guide product decisions
• Collaborate with product owners to highlight industry trends, identify market opportunities, and define product strategy, through the development of product business cases

Qualifications

• Subject matter knowledge around financial management or personal financial management a plus
• Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team in a large organization
• Ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under intense pressure
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with experience in digital banking, financial planning, asset management, wealth management, or a closely related business managing strategic or transformational change.
• Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills and willingness to ask questions
• Demonstrable experience authoring business requirements, defining user stories and execution including bringing together cross functional teams within an Agile development framework
• Experience working within an Agile development framework; understanding of Product Manager roles and responsibilities a plus
