Technical Product Manager - Data and Machine Learning

Requirements

- measurement, accountability and strong communication of deliverables, roadmaps and progress.

- developing processes and culture for the tech org and creating an environment that engineers love to work in

- building and maintaining trust in the engineering team's ability to deliver against requirements for example leaning on good communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to general audiences

- ability to balance external-facing product requirements and internal infrastructure requirements when developing a prioritized delivery roadmap

- be scrum master

What we are looking for in our technical product managers

- Understanding how to build data-centric products and appreciate of data as an asset and if you have an interest in Machine Learning that is a plus

- Appreciates great process but sensitive to finding a process that works in context

- Appreciates the importance of values and culture and experienced in bringing about cultural and operational change in tech teams

- Metric-driven and comfortable defining and executing against KPIs

- Strong understanding of agile/scrum using tools such as Clubhouse

- Strong communicator, experience working with both engineers and stakeholders outside of the tech org to build the right product
