Senior Manager, Digital Product Operations - TECH


CHANEL is looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Product Operations to join our Technology team in New York City. The Senior Manager, Digital Product Operations will steer our digital operations strategy, overseeing the full software development lifecycle along with the development protocols and processes. This role includes managing API integrations, supervising back-end services, and ensuring seamless integration of new stores into our back-office tools. Furthermore, you will be responsible for system updates and improvements through effective management of software releases. Leveraging your technical expertise and data analysis skills, you will proactively troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Ultimately, your role will be pivotal in driving the continuous improvement of our operations within Chanel's luxury retail environment.


The ideal candidate for this role brings a minimum of 7 years of experience in one of the following: Software Development, Cloud Services or API/Micro Services Management. They would demonstrate a strong capacity to manage the software development lifecycle, oversee back-end services and service level agreements, and can perform data analysis to optimize systems. The candidate would be adept at managing code repositories across various environments. Their wealth of experience would be pivotal in ensuring seamless operation and continual improvement of the company's applications and back-end services.

Position Logistics:


  • Experience in Python (preferred)
  • Strong experience in Technical Change Management
  • Hybrid Position- New York Office (no fully remote candidates)
  • Travel requirement 10%
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in one of the following: Software Development, Cloud Services or API/Micro Services Management
  • Azure certification (preferred)
  • Ability to review code of various languages (preferred)

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $77, 200 through $160,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
