Senior Product Manager - Targeting

We are looking for a Senior product manager to join our product team and help us build the future of programmatic advertising. You will play a leading role in developing the next generation of our platform, and our entire portfolio of targeting products.

Responsibilities:

• Rely on data to support your decision-making process.
• Lead sprints, planning, and retrospectives of the platform R&D teams based on scrum methodology.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements and features for our products.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs at all levels of the product.
• Take full ownership of our targeting products, and manage the entire lifecycle, from ideation and business case through launch and growth. Own the roadmap of these products.
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure the success and health of the platform.

Requirements:

• Experience with UI and UX design
• Strong reasoning and excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical grasp, product sense, and data analysis skills
• Strategic thinker that holds the big picture in vision yet goes into great detail
• Desire to make a difference
• 8+ years of experience as a product manager
• Ability to understand technical designs and discuss architectural concepts
• A team player with the ability to work independently
• Deep understanding of the ad-tech industry
