Your Impact:

Your adaptability across various project-specific production processes results in successful management of team bandwidth and vendor resources. You create workflow efficiencies to ensure that each project utilizes the best talent and skills available. Your experience building and maintaining schedules consistently ensures every project is delivered on time and within budget. Leveraging your deep understanding of the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices you coach and guide teams through the project lifecycle. Your ability to communicate strongly and effectively with internal and client teams drives decisions and next steps.

What Success Looks Like:

• Manage and execute deliverables at the highest level, and meet deadlines and internal review processes.
• Complete project estimates accurately and on time, craft comprehensive and clear project plans, execute resource plans effectively every week, manage production calendars consistently, and balance and maintain budgets.
• Communicate the status of timelines, profitability, and progress on all assigned projects during weekly status meetings.
• Manage QA and deliver work to spec against approved SOW or project brief.
• Experience editing Motion Picture Graphics (not live action).
• Act as an internal and client liaison; facilitate open communication between teams, and between the client and the agency.
• Curate and build great relationships with the team and our clients.
• Maintain impeccable communication and organization through all channels from internal teams to the clients.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within budget. Collaborate with finance to manage invoicing, billing, and financial reporting for digital projects.
• Manage campaign strategy and creative advertising production on digital platforms such as Google and Meta.
• Manage client and internal weekly status updates on Basecamp and other platforms.
• Organize and lead internal and client meetings and provide actionable notes/recaps.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proven success using project management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines within budget.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in digital production, project management, or related roles in an advertising agency. Product management experience a plus!
• Excellent communication ability, both written and verbal, effectively communicates with clients, team members, and vendors.Strong attention to detail, especially when conducting quality checks on digital assets.
• Proficient in using project management tools, collaboration software, and digital marketing analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of design principles, UX/UI, and web development technologies is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and tools, including websites, social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and analytics.

Compensation

Compensation is determined by years of experience and proven previous success in this role, level of expertise in the skills needed to perform this role at the highest level and cost of living in your area of residency. Salary Range: $80,000-$100,00
