POSITION SUMMARY:

Create and lead production teams to execute projects to a high creative standard, finding new and creative ways to make content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading Client meetings, Award, Pre-Bid, PPM's and edit presentations.
• Strong grasp on the international production landscape and utilizing this to bring greater efficiency and creative excellence.
• Deep understanding of the current production landscape across a range of content platforms & genres.
• Working with creative teams to put together a list of vendors capable of elevating creative product.
• Seeking innovative and creative solutions to Client budget limitations that do not have impact on creative output.
• Understanding the creative vision and partnering with the creatives to bring it to life.
• Proactively thinking of ways to structure bids, productions, shoots to leverage scale.
• Managing a brand, being a long-term partner with creatives and accounts.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Four years' experience in production, required
• Passion for finding new and creative ways to make content
• Must be able to multi-task in a high-pressure work environment
• Nimble and outside-of-the-box thinking
• Knowledge of existing & new content platforms constantly evolving
• Highly organized and demonstrates a strong attention to detail
• Above average written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
