Nyse Tv & Video Producer

Job Purpose

ICE is seeking a talented and experienced TV and Video Producer to join our team at NYSE TV and help us deliver captivating content to our audience through our flagship live show, NYSE TV Live, which broadcasts directly from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. As a TV and Video Producer, you will be responsible for producing engaging segments and videos, and supporting our regularly streamed live show, NYSE TV Live. In addition to writing, editing, and producing content, the ideal candidate should also possess skills in story research, guest booking, and social media content creation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research to provide accurate and reliable information to support content creation.
• Reach out to industry experts, journalists, and other relevant individuals to secure guest appearances to contribute valuable insights and expertise to NYSE TV.
• Identify and research relevant stories, topics, and trends for inclusion in NYSE TV segments and content.
• Experience of using post-production video and graphic editing software in Adobe Suite such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
• Conceptualize, develop, and produce compelling segments and videos related to financial markets, NYSE activities, and related content specifically for NYSE TV.
• Play a key role in the production of NYSE TV Live, including pre-production planning, on-site coordination, and post-production tasks.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and production schedules are met for NYSE TV.
• Collaborate with the social media team to create compelling visuals, videos, and captions for social media posts.
• Collaborate with the production team to create engaging content that educates, entertains, and informs the audience of NYSE TV.
• Collaborate closely with the hosts and talent to create a captivating and informative live show experience for the viewers.

Knowledge and Experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, talent, and external partners.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft concise and engaging content for live shows.
• 3+ years of proven experience in TV and video production, ideally in the financial or news industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Journalism, Communications, Film Production, or a related discipline) is preferred.
• Proficiency in video editing software, Adobe Premiere Pro, and familiarity with industry-standard production equipment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and the ability to create engaging content for NYSE TV's social media channels.
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and the NYSE is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in story research and the ability to identify relevant and compelling topics for NYSE TV.
