MountainView Consumer Products is leveraging its vast proprietary pipeline of strategic acquisitions amd IP licensing deals with the objective of becoming a consumer products (CPG) conglomerate focused on disruptive innovation.
While CPG under its broadest definition is our ultimate aim, we initially began in consumer healthcare (i.e. branded health and beauty). Thank G-d, we have successfully negotiated agreements to acquire many such assets whose collective revenue is several hundred million dollars.
A medical issue affecting our founder necessitated MountainView's placing its primary business activities on hold. However, it gradually became clear that if he could find an individual truly qualified and capable of becoming his partner and MountainView's co-founder, that could resolve this entire issue.
This executive should have and/or should be:

(1) experience with M&A dealmaking, preferably experience with acquisition "roll-ups".
(2) capable of prospecting and identifying acquisition targets.
(3) experience and knowledge of consumer products, preferably consumer healthcare.

This executive would thereby become a minority partner and co-founder of MountainView.
In exchange, his compensation would be equity and salary (the latter starting upon consummation of the deal process in roughly 90-120 days). The equity stake should have a value of tens of millions of dollars, so that should be the most compelling factor.
