Location: New York State, USA

Salary Package: Base salary $220k, Senior Executive Car/Allowance/Generous Bonus and 401k/Full Family Medical and Dental.

Our client is a truly Global business that has developed a reputation for high quality engineered products.

They have a varied client base including Pharma, Chemical, Manufacturing, Packaging, People Movement.

Due to a combitaion of the implementation of a bold growth strategy and a scheduled retirement, they are now looking to appoint a President for the North America business to take the business to the next stage in their development.

The Role

• This is a “hands on” product support and sales management role and the appointed person will play a very active role in the day to day management of the business whilst developing longer term plans.

• You should have an unwavering belief in doing the “right thing” and be capable of taking difficult decisions.

• Responsibility for all aspects of the business including, health, safety & environment, P&L management, sales and marketing, channel and customer management and development, manufacturing operations and logistics, engineering, HR and finance whilst operating within the framework set bythe Group.

• Develop and get agreement to plans for the future delivery of sales growth, margin enhancement and improvements in operations.

• Experience as of working ina manufacturing organisation in which leadership and management of transformation was a key factor.

• Will know what “good” looks like, likely gained through experience within “blue chip” organisations, even if they do not necessarily work in one today.
