Vice President Jobs

Our client, a leading, high-growth debt advisory firm serving the middle market, is seeking to hire a Vice President. This is an exciting opportunity for entrepreneurial candidates to work in a culture of collaboration, camaraderie, and client service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of capital raising and other strategic advisory engagements
• Review detailed marketing documents including pitch materials, confidential information presentations, management presentations, etc.
• Review comprehensive financial models and related analyses
• Directly interact with and cultivate relationships among private equity clients, key company executives and capital providers
• Review company and industry research
• Lead the structuring, negotiation and documentation of capital raising transactions

Qualifications

• Full command of Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to drive efficiency by leveraging technology
• History of outstanding academics, strong work ethic and ability to perform within an entrepreneurial environment
• Exceptional quantitative, financial analysis/modeling and written/verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills: ability to prioritize multiple tasks completing each effectively and efficiently
• 4+ years of direct leveraged finance and/or investment banking experience required for consideration

Estimated good faith base salary range: $115,000 - $160,00 + bonus
