  • It is truly an entrepreneurial role, and you will have a great deal of autonomy in leading your team to grow revenue and efficiency for this well-established manufacturing company. The retiring president will be available to help with the transition – the goal is to set the president up for success.


We are taking time to look for the right fit. Someone with the business acumen and the ability to lead the company in the right direction but also a strong people leader. This role is strategic, of course, but we are a small company, and the right person will be willing and able to jump in when necessary.
