POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Market President will oversee clinical, administrative, and operational aspects while spearheading the launch of a new market. As a representative of NovumHealth, the Market President will engage in major policy initiatives with local payer and providers and possess a proven track record in driving operating processes, project ownership, network development, teamwork, and care delivery. This P&L owner will bring the necessary energy, flexibility, and initiative to establish and scale a new operating platform in the emerging market of risk-based behavioral healthcare. They will serve as a direct liaison to major customers for reimbursements and the implementation of customer financial and clinical requirements.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize data, analytics, and key performance indicators to improve patient outcomes while reducing overall healthcare costs
• Manage care gaps for members while implementing strategies to drive shared savings through innovative care delivery models
• Foster a culture of accountability and implement robust business planning processes.
• Lead the establishment and expansion of a new market for NovumHealth, leveraging industry relationships and expertise to successfully launch and develop operations in an emerging market segment
• Emphasize the innovative and advanced nature of the organization's services, with a focus on value-based care and its impact on behavioral health
• Drive organizational growth and success through a mission-driven approach, aligning team goals with the overarching vision, and leveraging extensive experience in optimizing and expanding high-performing teams
• Create brand awareness and pursue growth opportunities by employing innovative marketing strategies and leveraging data-driven insights to differentiate the company in the marketplace
• Maximize efficiency and productivity by ensuring resources are strategically allocated to support mission-critical objectives through clear communication
• Leverage established connections and valuable relationships with leading hospitals, providers, and payers to expand and strengthen the network

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal Market President would possess the following attributes:

• Proven track record in building robust networks and fostering strategic alignment with physicians and healthcare professionals
• Exceptional operational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives
• Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; possession of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience is highly desirable
• Experience with supervision of healthcare executives or supervision of teams
• Extensive executive leadership experience spanning over 10 years, accompanied by a deep knowledge of the value-based care and/or behavioral health domains
• Current residency in Florida, allowing for immediate engagement and understanding of local healthcare dynamics
• Demonstrated familiarity with hospitals, healthcare providers, and comprehensive statewide knowledge in the Florida or Texas region
• Ideally is proficient navigating and working with Medicare, Medicaid, and Duals programs
