Responsibilities
QuickBooks Online Mastery:
Take charge of our financial records in QuickBooks Online, maintaining them with precision and care.
Efficiently reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial data regularly.
Ensure all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, and expenses, are accurately and promptly recorded.
Empower Decision-Making
Keep a close eye on daily expenses and profits, providing valuable insights that drive informed business decisions.
Work collaboratively with the finance team to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance overall efficiency.
Champion Contractor Management
Oversee all financial aspects related to our 1099 contractors, from seamless onboarding to timely payments.
Maintain compliance with tax regulations and expertly handle year-end reporting and 1099 form preparation.
Be the go-to person for contractor inquiries and support, offering financial documentation when needed.
Payroll Precision
Process employee payroll with accuracy and on time, ensuring compliance with tax laws and deductions.
Maintain meticulous payroll records and address any payroll-related queries from our dedicated team.
Financial Reporting And Analysis Excellence
Prepare and present insightful financial reports to management on a regular basis.
Analyze financial data to spot trends, identify potential risks, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes with your valuable insights for strategic financial planning.
