(Defender And Sentinel) Lead Cybersecurity Administrator // Fully Remote

A large insurance company is looking for a fully remote Lead Cybersecurity Administrator to join their small internal security team. They'll be working alongside a compliance manager and a lower level analyst to handle day to day security operations revolving around the Microsoft suite (Defender, Sentinel, Azure, etc).
A lot of the heavy lifting is being handled by an MSSP, and we're looking for someone who is comfortable handling technical communication with an external staff while still handling internal security reviews and implementations.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with MSSP on their security findings and any issues they're having, and respond with new security implementations or configurations when necessary
• Work with the compliance manager on GRC reviews
• Work daily with Microsoft Defender 365, Sentinel, and MS Purview, monitoring and responding to security events or potential vulnerabilities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity
• Experience and comfort on a small security team is a big plus, but not necessary
• Experience with Microsoft security is a must, particularly in MS Defender and Sentinel
• Certifications are a giant plus, especially CISSP and Azure related certs
