Company Description
- Perform administrative and office support, such as typing meeting minutes, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Manage and execute scheduling and logistics for multiple chiefs, including agendas, mail, email, calls, team meetings, travel arrangements, in-person team conferences, other team logistics
- Oversee and manage compliant expense reporting to ensure timely reimbursements/payments for talent team
- Work on Special Projects, in alignment with your strengths, career interests, and business needs; projects may include, but is not limited to, knowledge management projects, coordinating/preparing formal org-facing communications, planning team events, updating documents (e.g., policies, handbooks), and executing policies to KF employees and the KIPP network.
- Serve as a collaborative member of the KIPP Foundation Executive Assistant community that will be charged with work that impacts the enterprise-wide health & well-being; operating as an ambassador to the chief you directly you directly support as well as an ambassador to Executive Chief team.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- 2+ years of experience working with schools, students or organizations focused on education equity
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, supporting a senior executive responsible for a large team
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Professional acumen and experience working directly with senior leaders and executives
- Proficiency with AnyBill, Concur, ADP, HRIS, and video conferencing systems a plus
- Full-time, Exempt Position
- Travel requirements: 10-25% travel is expected for this role
