Customer Payment Assistant Representative

SterileNetics LLC is finding their next team member. We are looking to expand our team and are looking for a rock star Customer Payment Assistant Representative (Remote).

The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-starter who is process-minded and efficient, with excellent organizational skills strong date entry abilities and the willingness to learn new things.

Job Responsibilities

The Customer Payment Assistant Representative will play a key role in the success of our company. This position is responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails and payment requests and helping our customers experience and be a part of SterileNetics, LLC’s culture.

· Provide a high level of customer service to all paying customers

· Handle confidential information and data

· Organize and maintain customer invoices and payment scheduling

· Maintain database by entering new and updated customer invoices and account information

· Maintain an adequate report on customers invoices and payment

· Set and maintain appropriate communication between customers and the management

· Every other customer administrative duties

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

· High School diploma

· Authorized to work in the United States

· Tech savvy and ability to learn new systems and technology easily

· Outstanding customer service skills

· Excellent writing and communication skills

· The ability to work without direction
