This person will wear multiple hats, and work to support the daily operations of the office, including but not limited to: Provide support to various operational needs File and data management Recruiting and Onboarding Assisting CEO The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Job Responsibilities : General Company Support: Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable support Project management support HR Support: Recruiting Manage all job postings Review and evaluate applications Schedule interviews with candidates and managers Send job offers Onboarding Coordinate new hire start dates with candidates and managers Ensure completion of new hire paperwork CEO Support: Schedule/calendar management, emails and general organization Meeting/communication support Document facilitation/coordinating with division heads for reports General administrative support Candidate Req uirements : High school diploma 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant or HR coordination preferred Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Positive, high-energy attitude Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Our employees enjoy a work culture that includes positivity, professionalism, promotes incredible growth, and encouragement.
